Ms. Pell has a proven history of creating value in different energy market conditions. Ms. Pell’s exemplary effort and team approach resulted in many solid achievements at Cook Inlet.

During Ms. Pell’s tenure at Cook Inlet, she had responsibility for the core business – Natural Gas Trading – serving as Chief Trading Officer and Head of Trading where she was responsible for a $3 billion revenue business. She played a key role in creating and leading a productive trading operation and under her leadership the annual gross profits grew rapidly each year from roughly $300,000 to as high as $63 million. Additional responsibilities included the evaluation of asset opportunities and structured transactions across North America.

Ms. Pell was born in the Philippines and finished most of her secondary schooling at the age of sixteen at one of the top academic institutions in the Philippines. She is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and continued her education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management for Executives.

Ms. Gendron performed at an extremely high level leading to multiple promotions. She has an extensive background in both Power and Natural Gas Trading primarily in the West and the Mid-continent Regions. At Cook Inlet, she originated and headed the Mid-Continent Trading region and under her leadership her trading desk transacted well over a half a Bcf daily and continuously exceeded annual profit goals. Ms. Gendron’s strong trading skills and industry relationships have been instrumental in maintaining and expanding Anahau’s market presence.

Ms. Gendron was born in the Philippines and migrated to the United States at age ten. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University of Long Beach.

Ms. Pell and Ms. Gendron handle day-to-day operations of the business and work collaboratively to ensure that this business venture is a success.
